Andrew is a former collegiate athlete turned social entrepreneur.  After graduating with Cum Laude honors from Allegheny College, he focused his attention of understanding how to create, build, and scale for-benefit organizations through his work at GameChangers 500, a network of the world’s top 500 purpose-driven organizations that are redefining success in business around triple bottom line initiatives. He also worked as a writer for ASPIRE Magazine where he interviewed some of the world’s top game-changing CEO’s such as Richard Leftley of MicroEnsure, Simon Sinek of Start With Why, Derek Flanzraich of Greatist, Joy Chen of Yes To, Lauren Walters of 2 Degrees Food, and Mike Del Ponte of Soma Water.

He then transitioned into creating his own for-benefit business called No Typical Moments, a digital marketing and software development firm that aligns with some of the world’s top for-benefit companies. They’ve worked with organizations such as The NRDC, The American Heart Association, The Pittsburgh Marathon, PITT OHIO, Zenith Talent, Motivating the Masses, and Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts. No Typical Moments is a Benefit Corporation and a member of 1% for the Planet.
Andrew’s next big focus at No Typical Moments is on creating spin off companies and products that shift the consciousness of the planet and solving humanity’s grand challenges. Their mobile app, Kindworks, has a vision to create the world’s most powerful pay-it-foward platform. Their SAAS platform, called Speak Listen Learn, is bent on creating a technology solution in the podcasting space to connect social entrepreneurs with podcasters.

His most recent side project that he co-created, Sunrise Sessions, creates pre-work dance parties throughout North County San Diego. The debut event gathered 100 people on the beach in Encinitas for a sunrise meditation, personal growth and connection exercises and dancing to transform the start of their work day focused on fun, laughter, connections and love.

Andrew’s co-authored his first book, The Two-Week Notice, on entrepreneurship and personal development. This book will guide you through the fundamental steps to creating your entrepreneurial dream by sharing proven tools and powerful strategies to create an inspiring vision for your life and business. The book hit #1 on Amazon in Business Motivation and Self-Improvement and Entrepreneurship.     These youth are youth I’ve gotten to know for 3 months to a year.
